Business site with its own navigation · Pages for three customer segments · Service groups for business buyers · Reviews section and FAQ · Corporate loyalty programme section · Azerbaijani, Russian and English
The tariffs page of the Bakcell Business site: one card per segment — small and medium business, large companies, the public sector.
Tariffs are split the way the customers are: small and medium business, large companies and the public sector each have a card of their own. As delivered in 2014.

Task

A mobile operator sells to two audiences that share almost nothing: a person choosing a tariff, and a company buying connectivity for its staff. On one site the company reads past consumer offers to reach anything addressed to it. It needs a different page, not a different tab.

What we did

  • Built the business side as its own site under the operator's brand, with its own navigation.
  • Split prospective customers into small and medium business, large companies and the public sector, each with its own page and tariff card.
  • Grouped services the way a business buyer thinks of them: mobile services, tariffs and internet, international calls and roaming.
  • Added a reviews section and an FAQ for the questions a procurement conversation asks first.
  • Explained the corporate loyalty programme in four drawn steps, from joining by SMS to the discount at a partner.
  • Delivered the site in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

Result

A business customer finds segment, services, terms and contacts on one path, with the consumer site one link away. The business line and e-mail sit at the foot of every page.

Product Overview

The home page below the banner: the three segment tiles, customer reviews, the Ulduzum programme and the business contact line.
Segments first, then reviews and the loyalty programme, with the business line and e-mail at the foot of every page.
The advantages page of the business portal, carrying the operator's network and customer figures.
The operator's own case for itself — network reach and customer base — stated on the page a procurement conversation starts from.
The Ulduzum programme page: four illustrated steps to join the programme and receive the discount.
The loyalty programme in four drawn steps: join by SMS, get a code, show it at a partner, receive the discount.
