How we work

A written scope before any work starts

Every engagement starts with a written scope. Projects are paid by milestone, for delivered work. Support, infrastructure, marketing and personal data services run as ongoing written agreements.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A free call about your goals, users and constraints. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We study your requirements, systems and integrations at our own cost, before you sign anything.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

You receive the scope, the milestones and an itemised estimate. The timeline is confirmed in the written scope.

  4. 04

    Build by milestones

Development runs in sprints with weekly demos. Each milestone ends with working software that you review against the agreed acceptance criteria. Payment follows accepted work.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

You own the code, the data and every account. The system can stay with us under a Support & Maintenance agreement, or move to your team with documentation.

Two ways to work with us

Projects

Fixed scope, milestone payments

For websites, apps, AI systems, design and corporate systems: work with a defined result.

  • Scope, milestones and estimate agreed in writing before work starts
  • Payment tied to delivered, accepted work, not to hours
  • The timeline is confirmed in the written scope

Ongoing agreements

Support, infrastructure, marketing, personal data

For services that run continuously after launch, or alongside your own team.

  • A written agreement with an agreed scope, billed monthly or annually
  • Support for a system another team built starts with a technical audit at our cost
  • Anything that blocks support is told to you before you sign
