We Are Webiland
Our Story
The work began in 2009 as an independent software development practice. Webiland was incorporated in Baku in 2017 to carry it forward. Since 2009 we have delivered 300+ projects: corporate and public-sector websites, customer portals, ordering and campaign platforms, and mobile software. Our clients work in telecom, banking, transport, education, culture, construction and international development — among them the United Nations Office in Azerbaijan, Baku Metro, Azercell, Bakcell, ADA University and the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. Today we work with clients in Azerbaijan, Europe and the United States.
How We Work
A fixed scope, in writing
100% of our projects run on a fixed scope with milestone payments. The estimate is itemised after discovery.
Discovery before code
We map the process, the integrations and the edge cases before anything is built.
The code is yours
On full payment, the code and deliverables built for your project belong to you.
Data that must stay in Azerbaijan, stays
We are a licensed personal data operator and run our own servers in Baku.
Our Own Product
EFRION AI Autopilot
A voice-driven assistant for web-based ERP systems, built by our team. It listens to a request, reads the screen and its accessibility tree, plans the steps and carries them out — clicking, typing and scrolling. A spoken "undo" reverses the last action, and an optional confirmation mode pauses before submitting, deleting or leaving a page. It runs as a Chrome extension on Gemini 2.5 Live.
