1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, company and project details — when you submit our contact form or download a resource. We also collect standard web analytics data, such as page views and session duration, through Google Analytics 4 and Umami. When you submit a form, it also sends where your visit came from: the campaign parameters of the link that brought you to the site (such as utm_source or gclid) and, if you accepted cookies, the Google Analytics identifiers of your browser and visit. We use them only to see which channels bring enquiries.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on your project. If you tick the box for follow-up emails when you download a resource, we also send you a short series of emails about AI projects. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Processing
Form submissions are stored in our own lead management system, which runs on a server operated by Efnode in Baku, Azerbaijan. A submission is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. Files you attach to the contact form are kept in private storage with no public address and are deleted together with the submission. A copy of each file reaches our team with the e-mail notification and in our internal Telegram channel. When a form arrives, our team is notified by email and in our internal Telegram channel. Backup copies of the system's database are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage, where Cloudflare chooses the location of the data, so it may be outside Azerbaijan; they are deleted on a fixed schedule. Emails — the resource you request, the follow-up emails you opt into and the notifications to our team — are delivered by Resend, and submissions are screened by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@webiland.com to exercise these rights.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics (site usage statistics, and measurement and personalisation of our advertising on Google) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising measurement on LinkedIn) set cookies, and they load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject, neither loads. Cloudflare, which protects this site, may set strictly necessary security cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
