Social Content Production for a Remodeling Contractor in North Carolina

Task

Social posting fails for a contractor for a dull reason: making the assets. Six platforms want different aspect ratios. Every caption must stay inside the business's publishing rules: no prices, no fixed timelines, no promise it cannot keep. By hand, a month of posts is a month of work.

What we did

• Built a design system that defines the templates.
• Wrote two Python renderers that turn a source photo or clip into every format a platform asks for: feed, story, pin and reel.
• Pulled the copy from the site's own admin, so a caption cannot drift from what the site says.
• Had AI agents draft captions from the client's own knowledge base, and added a third script that checks every caption and burned-in subtitle against the publishing rules and stops the render on a hard finding.
• Sliced quoted reviews from the source string instead of retyping them, so an excerpt cannot quietly become a paraphrase.
• Planned a dated 29-day calendar across six surfaces: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Google Business Profile, Pinterest and Nextdoor.

Result

The first batch is 116 rendered files, for a calendar of 14 Instagram posts, four story sets, 14 posts each on Facebook and Threads, eight on Google Business Profile and 12 pins. Publishing began in late August 2026, so there is no reach to report yet.
