The Sabah Residence home page, with a 3D render of the towers and a floor selector. — The buyer switches the viewpoint and picks a floor — the view is chosen the way it will be lived with. As delivered in 2017.

Task

At Sabah Residence, apartments are sold before they exist. A buyer has to picture the view from a floor of a building that is still a render, and to trust terms they have not read. Photographs of a finished lobby answer neither question.

What we did

Built the site around the complex rather than around its brochure.
Let the buyer change the viewpoint on a 3D render of the towers and pick a floor.
Stated each feature of the location — outlook, infrastructure, transport, energy, security, parking, home automation — plainly, without adjectives.
Added a catalogue of apartments, the purchase terms and a gallery, with the brochure to read online or download as a PDF.
Kept the sales office address and phone within reach on every screen.
Delivered the site in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
